the woman in front is eating the pepperoni pizza because shes starving and in a hurry, but she's annoyed because she ordered mushroom pizza, and didn't notice the mistake till she was a long way from the shop.

It looks like her left leg is missing, although it may just be well hidden in all that billowing material.

Actually, the first four people in that procession have a very unnatural "heel to toe" stride. Probably walking that way to avoid walking into the beggar woman's space, so they can ignore her.

Is the begging woman an Artists kerb/pavement sketching/drawing/painting?

Wow, you all have some very interesting observations, but so far nobody's picked up on the fact that two women are walking by stuffing food in their mouths when the other woman appears to be begging for money to buy some. That was the thing that immediately hit me. But you've all brought up some interesting things I never even noticed.

oh yes, I think we all picked that up straight away, but you can see that happening on the street anyday, people begging and people walking past eating.
