Riddle Me This

Make up a riddle and the first member to guess the answer posts the next riddle.
I suggest making them up because it's more fun and no one can google the answer.
I sound lonely, but I'm connected to everything. People try to heal me and I can be found close to heel.
(answer is one word)

Shaking an empty bag hopefully, and wishing for chocolate does not make said chocolate appear..........

if you don't want to make one up just grab one off the internet and ask for good manners that people think it out instead of looking it up.
