GOD WANTED ME TO TELL YOU...
Everything that is going wrong in your life today shall be well with you this year. No matter how much your enemies try this year, 'they will not'succeed.
You have been destined to make it and you shall surely achieve allyour goals this year.
For the remaining months of this year, 2007, all your agonies will be diverted. Victory and prosperity will be coming inabundance.
Today God has confirmed the end of your sufferings, sorrows, and pains because HE that sits on the throne will never forget you.
He has taken away the hardships and given you JOY.
He will never let you down I knockedat heaven's door this morning, God asked me, What can I do foryou?'
And I said, 'God, please protect and bless the person reading this message.
' God smiled and answered, 'Request granted.

That's an interesting blessing Hamid, thank you.
I recognize some of the words from a Christian context. There are verses in the Christian bible which describe God as "He that sits on the throne" for example, in the book of Psalms and in the book of Revelations. Is it a phrase which is also meaningful in Islam?

Than you Hamid
Will God bless the insurgents and the troops stationed in Iraq as well ?
Since they live on opposite sides of idealism how will both sides succeed ?
Will Osama achieve his goals as well as the mother in Liverpool waiting for her son to come home from war ?
Will the United States shut down oppression in Somalia and will the warlords conquer as well ?
The world is fractured Hamid, who really has God on their side ?

Suffering is the human condition.
I see neither a way to end it while living nor that it is God's plan to do that.
Thanks for the good wishes though.

I agree with Koan. The only way we stop the suffering that we encounter in our lives is to die. Fortunately, suffering is only a part of the human condition.
PS. We don't have to pass this on to 12 other people, do we?

Ok, goinga get slaughtered here, my god is NOT Mohammad, Alah, etc. Mine is
Jesus Christ, and his father god,so If thats who your wishing thanks. But I dont want a blessing from someone who calls God by other names. I do not beleive there is more than one god, I do beleive that other people have the right to worship as they want or if they dont beleive thats up too them.
So before I get bombarded with pm's please watch the flamming sometimes my son click on them

I may be misreading your words but are you saying that you don't want a blessing unless the person giving it is Christian?
Where do you stand with regard to a Christian giving a blessing to a non-Christian?

God doesn't talk to me, hamid. But, perhaps it's just that I don't listen so well.
In any case, I most certainly appreciate the good thoughts.:-6

Well, you didn't address me, but I get 'god bless you's from folks that I know are religious and it doesn't offend me at all. I can accept that they are having good thoughts towards me and to their mind, bestowing a gift on me. No harm no foul.:-6
Now, when I get the 'god damn you' from folks -I may get a little tense...

If I remember right, that blessing after a person sneezes is to prevent a demon from entering their body. Doesn't really sound very 'Christian' to me.

As an alternative I offer this from The Golden Bough:In the island of Rook, between New Guinea and New Britain, when any misfortune has happened, all the people run together, scream, curse, howl, and beat the air with sticks to drive away the devil, who is supposed to be the author of the mishap. From the spot where the mishap took place they drive him step by step to the sea, and on reaching the shore they redouble their shouts and blows in order to expel him from the island. He generally retires to the sea or to the island of Lottin. It sounds surprisingly like ForumGarden in some respects.

Anywhere near New Guinea is a very strange and foreign place to me. Just had to say that.

There is nothing in my life today that can make me think God has had an intervention.
Perhaps you need to look to your soul for redemption.

Hi hamid eddin,
I always appreciate prayers and blessings on me as I am and will always be a sinner as this is my own condition. I struggle with my hardship daily. But the way you presented your blessing, or whatever it was, made me wonder if I was going to come to the catch at the end. Please, you must send this to five people within the next five minutes or else none of what I said comes true. Something like that. Just sounded insincere to me. Plus I get those other emails all the time. Send to blah blah and you will be blessed one hundred fold. Certainly I am cursed by this because I have failed to pass on a single chain letter like what I speak in almost 30 years.
Anyway I have given up on the thought of being saved. Sometimes I consider its better that I not be saved. I mean how do I know that the human race or the world/universe as we, collectively, know it will be a better place if I manage to make it into the next stage of being? You've gotta admit this is a valid question. That's why I basically am leaving it up to my God to make this decision. Yes, I try my best to be the best person I can be but when all is said and done, do I actually know if I'm the type that should make it into heaven? I'm not so sure. Maybe, but, who knows?
Thanks for the chance to air my opinion. And good luck to you in this life. I hope God does want you in the end, and, if I'm honest with myself, I'm hoping God wants me also. I just say this because of my own insecurities, not judging you or anything. I think you're just great. Also I hope the best for your family as well. Not your enemies, of course. And also your best friend from elementary school you haven't thought of for all these years. If that's what you want, that's what I want. Just sayin'.
Peace,
Erin

....most of the ends of such messeges are as you expected (send it five ...ten..etc or it will not come true )...I don't think blessings will come that way
doing our best to be the best persons is the key
thank you for wishing me good luck
hoping that we will be accepted
