I saw yesterday on TV that to the east there will be some competition with santa tonite, something about Mars racing Santa to the north pole.

Well ok not quite but mars will be brighter and will be following the moon around tonite anyone care to get a little more scientific with this for me?

I think that about sums it up minksy.

I was watching it just last night. If you face toward the moon, mars is that huge bright red-tinted thing to the left[1] about ten moon diameters away.
