How do you create a Poll in a forum?

you are supposed to ask this in a poll, and give options -

it's easy

it's difficult

i don't want to make one

etc

That part I get, but how do you set it up so people can vote on something? I have seen other threads where you click a response and the poll results are calculated. I tried creating a new thread under the Poll Topics section but I do not see how to set up the poll itself.

I think it's funny that the two people reading your thread, Mik, don't know how to set up a poll (assuming that Lemon doesn't). I've been waiting to read the answer in case I ever want to start a poll...not that I do now, but I might want to, one day.

Hi Theia, there is not much activity here today. I had a couple of hours to kill so thought I would hang out and try a few things out.

I hope you had a nice Christmas, I understand there was a thick fog around London before Christmas causing problems at Heathrow, hopefully this did not impact you.

Have a great 2008, maybe we will find out how to create polls before then.

When you start a "new thread", underneath the text box where you type is another area of "options", here is a copy and paste of what it says. You just fill in the "options" of what you want at the POLL part, such as yes, no, maybe, etc.

Valid file extensions: asf au bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg mov mp3 pdf png pps psd txt wav wmv zip
