Or when a telemarketer call you on the phone...........make your voice sound like a recording. "The number that you have called is monitored by the federal governments NO CALL list........they now have your number....you will be notified shortly about the fine you must pay. That is all." And hang up.
Oh, yeah, make sure you squeeze your nose when you say this in your "recording voice".
