Unfortunately, you can't do much about it. The library computers all route their connection through a central access point, which has a firewall running on it. The library network administrators heavily block certain sites (as well as entire hosting providers) in order to filter out as much 'adult' material as possible. In addition, sites containing certain keywords or a mix of certain keywords may also be blocked as unsuitable.
Censorship - the way of the future!

Hmm...wonder if I should feel insulted?
Anyway, the gist of my initial reply was that there is nothing you can do about it, save potentially hacking the system (a crime) or getting/using an independent computing system.

Dude, you think you got it bad? I'm on a school computer. Our firewalls are large and many. If a site doesn't have Barney on it, I probably can't access it.
One swear word is enough to get the site banned.
I actually got banned from my own forum once! (and it took some really creative writing get get permission to get back on it too!)
