Why do men go into sulks for no apparent reason? It does not matter how many times you ask whats wrong, they just sulk and then eventually will be okay and you never know the reason why!
At least with us women, we will make sure you know what you did! And after a few times of asking we will have our 'rant n rave' - then peace. :wah:

I've never noticed sulking. I notice barely contained rage more often. I have a way of annoying people though.

Us women expect to be asked whats wrong - if you don't, you will get into double trouble! :wah:
Men don't seem to want to be asked - whats the point in sulking if you don't get to shout at the end

It’s like this:
The scene:
A guy seems to be a bit quite one day, but nothing is really wrong with him.
Wife: You seem a bit quite, what’s wrong?
Husband: Oh Am I? No nothings wrong.
Wife: Well I don’t think that you are yourself, so obviously something is bothering you. What is the matter?
Husband: No really nothing is wrong, I am OK.
Wife: Oh, so you don’t want to talk about it? Did I do something to annoy you?
Husband: No you didn’t do anything. I am OK really, now let it go.
Wife: Let it go? I told you something was wrong, if you don’t want to talk about it, but you don’t have to get sulky about it, if you don’t want to talk we won’t talk.
Husband: But There is Nothing Wrong!
Wife: Don’t you raise you voice at me, just because you woke up in a bad humour.
Husband: But I am not…. Or I was not in a bad humour!
Wife: And you are now???
Husband: Well, yes! I wasn’t but I am now! Just leave me alone!
Wife: Well go have your little sulk then!
Wife: Men, I just don’t understand them…..

This thread had the potential of being an interesting discussion. The dynamics of relationships are so important to everyone. I think Pheasant was truly looking for some serious input from others.
Maybe it's not quite dead yet.
I say you dont know Pheasy that well yet then :wah::wah::wah:
