Lucy (age 7) was just sat looking 'deep in thought'. So I said 'whats up darlin' :-4 She said ' If no one ever saw santa, how do they know he wears a red cloak and has a white beard' and 'he might even be a lady'. So I did the hand on chin thing and said 'thats a very good question Lucy'. Then the phone rang. Help me with some good answers here :wah:

I told my son that there was a special place that parents go and meet up with Santa to discuss what our children want for Christmas. He thinks we went and did this the day we went shopping.

But today my son explained to me how he was gonna ship himself in a box to the North Pole so he could talk to Santa himself next year. :wah:

Are you kidding, I'm going to video it. If he remembers. He's gonna have a difficult time taping the box shut from inside. :wah:

Axiom 1. Nobody has met Santa.

Axiom 2. Santa's good.

Axiom 3. Santa talks with people even if they can't see him.

Axiom 4. Santa knows what he looks like.

Therefore (from Axiom 3, Axiom 4) Santa can tell people he wears a red cloak and has a white beard.

And Santa doesn't tell lies or he'd not be good (from Axiom 2).

Therefore (from both these demonstrated truths) we can know what Santa looks like.

How much of a good game do you think Lucy will make out of that technique?

Hi Phessy:-4 How are you girl:-6

I like Sheryl's answer. Geeze, kid's ask the toughest questions, don't they. I'm happy that some 3rd graders still believe in Santa and the Easter bunny.

I love it and would never tell them the truth:-6
