That's a reasonable description of executions in Japan. By whom have you seen it described that way in Indonesia? The Amnesty International quote describes Indonesian law and it would surprise me if an organization in their position were to mis-state things, it would be interesting to see Indonesian deviations from their own rulebook if you can point to one.

Ahh ok. I understand what you are saying there. But do you realise that Carol didnt realise that it may cause offense? I know i didnt for one minute think of it in the same way you do.
