I can't remember what it is pheasy, but I blocked it so I didn't have to see it. I do that to a lot of things though. It's not that multi-frame gif with the paintballed baby in the pram is it?

At least the "gyrating" tells me why I blocked it - absolutely nothing is ever allowed to move on my screen except the clock in the bottom right hand corner and the cursor where I'm typing.

If you ever decide to give Firefox a go as a browser, there's a plug-in option (that just means it's not automatically installed, you have to ask for it) under Tools/Add-ons called Ad-Blocker which is completely precise. You can right-click on any image you find offensive and ask the browser to block it from ever appearing again.
