I had to go out for a bit and on the way back decided to drive back along the beach because with the high winds, rain and cold it makes for an interesting sea with high waves.

As I am in the comfort of my warm car, out side the harbour the Coastal Rescue Team are out practicing, one guys jumps out of the helicopter into the sea and is then rescued by another team member lowered down by cable to pull him out. This is done over and over again.

These guys are real heroes!

People like that amaze me. :yh_worshp I'm glad we have them!

I could do that if I wanted to.

If I had a helicopter.

And guys that would pull me back in.....
