Start / Control panel / Regional settings / Keyboard, change it from US to UK.

what could i have done to get my keyboard possessed like this]Devil worship on the first day of lent, obviously. It'll be those pancakes on the ceiling.

Okay - I don't actually have a Microsoft machine here, I'm remembering things...

There's also a Start / Control Panel / Keyboard selection as well, there might be a UK keyboard choice in that.

On mine Jimbo, You go to control panel, Click regional and language options, click languages, click details, click arrow and see if Uk english is there. If not you have to go back to the regional and languages tab and install UK english there then activate it.

that's what you get for being different! :p

This button on your keyboard should be of assistance.

If you can see a blue EN by the system icon tray in the bottom right of the screen then click on it and select UK.
