I detest having to sort out socks - I loathe it with a passion :-5

Why does DH take his socks off inside out? Its bad enough matching them up, but to have to put them all the right way too, makes me very grumpy :D

Is it just my DH that does this, or is it a man thing?

I love socks.I wear the little white booty ones in the summerand big padded thermal ones in the winter.Love em !I always wear socks in the house because the oil in the skin on your feet will soil your carpet.I have plenty of them too.All kinds and colors.I could just go on and on about socks !

I hate socks too! And little kid socks are the worst for getting lost in your washer. And the hardest to turn right side out.

However I do not mate my socks, everyone in my house has a sock drawer in their dresser. And I always make sure to buy the same brand of socks for each person. Makes reaching the drawer for a pair easier. :D

Thats a good idea. I think I might do that too. Only problem person would be Lucy, she insists on having all the Disney socks :-5

Hate them don't buy them never will. :wah::wah: Even shoes I should wear socks with I don't gave them up decades ago. They never stay in place hurt my toes and just **** me off. :-5

I feel the same way about pantyhose have no use for them as well haven't bought a pair in years. Of course here in San Diego you can get away without socks or pantyhose pretty much year round. :-6:-6

Doggone it! Let's all just go back to nature and be barefoot..............but not pregnant.

:D

I have to wear socks sometimes to keep my feet warm. There's only two of us so sorting socks here is no big deal.

I used to get my daughter to pair them for me when she was little by making a game of it - she's seen through that now though.

As for turning them in the right way - are you mad Pheasy??? :wah:

If they're inside out they stay inside out, if your family want their socks on the right way then they can do it themselves!

Even if I take mine off right side out the washing machine turns them through - just like it does my shirt sleeves.

You're just grumpy and being too hard on him :p

I don't sort socks anymore.

My husband does his own socks.

When I buy new socks for my husband I buy all the same color so no sorting for him to do.

They all match;):-6

Me, my girlfriend and my daughter all wear black socks so sorting them out is a drag. Never quite sure who the sock owner is as they all stretch a bit don't they?

I don't match them up, they just get thrown into everyone's drawers the way they come out of the washing machine. :D

It *must* be the washing machine - they're right side out when I take them off, honest!
