going on. :wah:
My day started with Lucy accidentally spilling sprite all over Josh's laptop (it went pop, then bang!). The laptop was only 2 months old. Things pretty much went down hill after that. Roll on bed time :wah:
Did you ever get one of those days where everything went wrong, and you thought maybe you should have just stayed in bed

:wah:

Yes, I went to take my husband to get his hair cut, the radiator went whoosh, and steam came out of the motor. I made it home-oh what stress to have him in the car, what if we got stuck somewhere! The rest of the afternoon was at the garage-it was a holiday!

He only had a walker, it is a big ordeal just to go get his hair cut. I thought the car was going to boil over, and I was worried how he would react and didn't want to be stuck in the road.(I didn't bring the wheelchair) He wanted to go out to eat lunch afterwards, and didn't understand I had to take him home and go to the garage. He pouted...
(He does not understand rj, he had a cerebral hemorraghe, and is very child like most of the time, he knew it was a holiday and I would do lots of stuff for him-but things happen, you know)

It would be interesting to see how many people had bad or good days. Maybe it is a moon thing :wah:

Oh hell I remember a day a couple of years back. I was trading in a big show ground.....my stall was about 100ft long and no covers. The heavens opened up big time and everything got soaked. Later that evening after drying out and having the right hump there was banging at the door......the back of my house was on fire. It was an electrical fault that started in the kitchen loft....the entire back of the house was destroyed.....after the fireman had been and I was sitting there in the dark really not happy.....the bloody tank collapsed in the loft and then we were flooded..............yes that day was a nightmare you could say!!!;)

Pheasy, if you have 'contents insurance' you could claim, as it was an accident. Make enquiries if you have this.

Luckily we did take out the 'clumsy sister' insurance. But forgot to take out the 'brother throwing a complete wobbly' insurance. :wah:

Aww to all of you.....:-4
To answer your question pheasy, I have days similar to that all the time, have had them for years acutally.
Last friday....was in a hurry to a meeting that I usually don't have to attend, so was making sure I was on time, and they still ended up waiting on me....yeah...I walk in with dog crap on my foot and accidentially get it on the leg of the chair, and my supervisor noticed it and announced it and yeah....the day went down hill from there!:o
That is typical for me though...really...today I had to go get an oil change, light was out, so waited until AFTER work, figured would be best, took 2 whole hours at wal-mart, where I usually DON'T get it done, but figured I'd get some shopping done and give them another chance, because the last couple of times they didn't make me happy....well, they didn't reset my "change oil light" and on the list they have that the vacuumed....I can do a better job with my hand....I still had to drive 30 minutes one way to pick up my kids...didn't get home until 9:30 or so...ugh!:-5
Annnnnd, my pc was at my work, because my son crashed it with downloading crap, so I got to spend 20 minutes under the desk fighting with cords and then trying to get off the floor is a WHOLE 'nuther story!!:-5
Okay...reminder....don't ask Wendy if she has bad days!!

:o

I remember a few years back, I was working nights and decided to drive home the back way in stead of the freeway....just as well...... as one of my tyres flew off the car and rolled down the hill and knocked into somebodies fence, the car went sideways. When I finallly got home my washing machine wouldnt work so decided to have a nice bubble bath and no hot water.:-1
