Over the past 3 months I have been getting increasingly frustrated with my laptop. It would only intermittently have sound....sometimes when I started it up I had sound and other times did not. Sometimes the sound would just disappear.

So I (because I am a smart pheasant), searched the internet, read pages about sound problems and advice on the subject. Reinstalled sound drivers etc ... you name it, I tried it.

Well .... ha .... I sorted it out now! At the front of my laptop there is this little slidy thingy that control the sound .... so I turned it up

I am too smart for my laptop!!!!

I think if I could now just understand one of Kate G threads (the ones that don't disappear :sneaky:) then my life should be complete

Brillant Phezzie funny how Laptop come with that "Little sliddy thing in front" that control sound. :wah::wah:
