I was all set to go get a card at the Victoria library and spend the day there, until I found out they're closed, on strike/locked out. Have been for a month.

I had a library card years ago when I was a schoolgirl.I enjoyed checking out a book. Returning it by the due date was sometimes a hassle. Now I belong to Book Clubs or I pick up a used book from Goodwill. I love to read.
