Don't worry, its just a debate about perceptions of modern European history, Prague will be there whenever you want to go.
In terms of the debate itself, I understand both sides here, the Baltic states have their own interpretation of what happened to them in the 1939-45 and so does the Russian state, these were pretty shattering events for all sides involved, and its not uncommon for people from different countries to have different perceptions of the past, and value judgements placed upon them,
