Has anyone heard of this product?

I havent been in the sun for nearly 3 years now as I just could'nt tolerate it,

so I have a pasty white body and it's cost me a fortune in sprays and lotions to acheive a tan.

Two weeks ago I started injecting myself with melanotan and I have a perfectly tanned body.

Friends and family can't believe I havent been on my hols because it's a natural looking tan.

All it does is stimulate the melanin in your body and boosts it, I had to use a sunbed to boost it,

I had 7X3 minute sessions (hated that part) I look like I've had a couple of week in Jamaica.:-6

The biggest drawback is having to inject myself, oh and it makes me horny.

Wow Abbey, shots?? I've never heard of that here although I've seen the melatonin pills. Never tried them though. I wonder if they work the same way? Is it completely safe? Did you you have to get it from a doctor?

I've had pills and to be honest I looked like a carrot. :wah:

I inject this just as you would insulin, I've reached the level I want now so I'll just maintain it with 2 injections per week.

Side affects, I felt a little sick for the 1st day so I take it at night now, it also makes me a little randy

but hey-ho we all have our crosses to bear :D

My great grandfather Allen Clarke aka Teddy Ashton wrote poems in Lancashire dialect.

Gradely Prayer

Give us, Lord, a bit o' sun

A bit o' work an' a bit o' fun

Give us all in t' struggle an' splutter,

Our daily bread an' a bit o' butter.

Give us health, our keep to make,

An' a bit to spare for poor folk's sake.

Give us sense (there's some of us duffers),

An' a heart to feel for all that suffers.

Give us, too, a bit of a song,

An' a tale an' a book to help us along.

An' give us our share o' sorrow's lesson,

That we may prove how grief's a blessin'.

Give us, Lord, a chance to be

Our very best; brave, wise an' free.

Our very best for oursels an' others,

Till all men learn to live as brothers.

That's just the right rhythm, I like that a lot.

I've a CD by the Oldham Tinkers which reminds me of living along the Irwell when I was young.

Try t'other side o' the pennines :-

It's hard when folks can't find their work Where they've been bred and born

When i was young i always thought I'd bide among fruits and corn

But i've been forced to work in towns So here's my litany

From hull and halifax and hell Good lord deliver me

When i was courting mary jane The old squire he said one day

I've no room here for wedded folks Choose whether to wed or stay

Well i couldn't give up the lass that i loved So to town we had to flee

From hull and halifax and hell Good lord deliver me

I've worked in leeds and huddersfield And addled honest brass

At bradford, keighley, rotterham I've kept m'bairns and m'lass

I've travelled all three ridings round And once i went to sea

From forges, mills and sailing ships Good lord deliver me

I've walked at night thru sheffield lanes T'was the same as being in hell

Where furnaces thrust out tongues of fire And roared like the wind on the fell

And i've shovelled coals in the barnsley pits With muck up to m'knee

From sheffield, barnsley, rotterham Good lord deliver me

I've seen fog creeping across leeds brig As thick as bastille soup

I've lived where folks were stowed away Like rabbits in a coop

And i've seen snow float down bradford beck As black as ebony

From hunslet, holbeck, wibsley slack Good lord deliver me

Well now our children are all fled To the country we've come back

There's forty miles of heathery moor 'twixt us and the coal pits slack

And as i sit by the fire at night I laugh and shout with glee

From hull and halifax and hell Good lord deliver me.

He was into spiritualism in a big way and mixed with the likes of Arthur C Doyle and other strange folk...spooky

Aren't those photos of that tan here yet?

Never heard of it till now and come to find out it was created right here in Sunny Arizona. Not sure I could inject myself with anything but if it works then what do I know. :-6 Just be careful with the Tanning Bed they are dangerous and can create problems. Living in Sunny San Diego I know all about skin cancer and you don't want to mess with it.
