Welcome, Donnah.
I'm blonde, so feel free to share your blonde jokes with me. I'm also from California which is the butt of many jokes. Here in the U.S. we have this cultural stereotype of the Scots as being famously thrifty.
Question: what's the first thing a Scot does when he installs a new refrigerator?

Yes i know the great British weather. Welcome Linda.......and yes am hovvering around today too - kidding myself i am doing something productive. Looked out this window this morning and couldn't believe my eyes, thought we had seen the last of the snow. Think whoever is responsible for gritting the roads were just as surprised...........................no roads round here were de-snowed! I've dug myself into the car once already this month - don't fancy it again......oh and the dreaded bypass.
Have fun here in the garden, it's always warm and sunny!
