This morning the sun was shining for the first time in about 7 days. I felt bored after I drank my coffee, so I walked down Main St. totally nude. Ive been needing a lift, and I thought it might be good for a laugh, or that I might meet someone to date. I made certain that everything was shaved and powdered.... tied a lovely batik print scarf around my head. No earrings. The trek was pretty uneventful. I got a few laughs, a few smiles, a few understanding glances from the elderly, and a few barks from dogs on leashes. I would highly reccommend this morning jaunt for anyone who needs a pick me up, or needs to feel free. It was quite liberating and I definately feel that I connected with my old forgotten self who used to feel quite comfortable being nude.

I'll bet you weren't the only one who got a needed lift.

:eek: I am just getting to where I can sleep nude in the privacy of my own home locked in my bedroom (well for the last year or so).....perhaps I can work on what you did today in the future, don't see it happening anytime soon!

Good for you, how awesome is that? No-one gave you negative feedback? That is what I would worry about....I am impressed with your confidence and glad that you are comfortable in your own skin and don't mind showing it off.

So, how many dates do you have for the weekend?

OMG! i'm sure if i tried that around here i would be arrested!:wah::wah:

all i can say is it took a lot of guts to do that, i can't even sleep in the nude, i'm to afraid that if the house were to catch on fire or something i wouldn't have time to get on any clothes!:wah::wah:

I used to be like that....and I used to worry that the kids would come in and be scarred (sp) for life (you know they would need therapy!!:wah:) But, I found that it is the most comfortable way for me to sleep, don't know if its a age thing, maybe a liberating "I feel good in my skin thing" ...for me that is, I'm not condemming anyone that doesn't....just sharing my thoughts on the subject of sleeping in the nude....ya see, I used to be TOLD that I HAD to sleep in the nude, and it wasn't comfortable for me, because of my insecurity with THAT person (my ex)...but now that I'm free of him and free of many "yucky" things connected to him, I feel good about myself...even though I'm at my heaviest weight EVER...I still LOVE me!....weird huh?

Okay, I'm done....gonna go to bed now!:-6

that made me laugh!! I thought of adding that if I tried to do that where I live....not main street of town (that would be BAD---very busy and I'd be arrested) But if I walked out of my front door and walked around nude, I would need to have a few baseball bats....seems I'm prime meat around here just waiting to be put on a platter, so I think I'll just keep them there clothes on!!:wah::wah:

i would think it would be very liberating, good for you! and you should feel good in your own skin, we all should, and the first person who should love us is ourselves! :-6

Ok, I think its great, having daughters and an appreciative hubby, I walk round nude in my home in ease...i.e. bathroom to bedroom etc..Occasionally kitchen to bedroom if the blinds are shut lol....OUTSIDE:-3...No way..........Walk down a friggin street, Jesus id be locked up before I got to the end of the road lol..

Awesome that you had the guts and self esteem to do it and even better that you felt good after it..

I was bored so I (fully clothed) stood by the highway that passes in front of our home with a sign that says. "Honk, If You Hate Making Record Profits For the Oil Companies." I had a tape recorder on recording all the honks. I think I have a new hit tune, which I will sing to and submit to youtube.
