Outgoing admin at school are behind on their observation schedules. I was told today to expect them in tomorrow, with all the writeups. That takes a few hours, at the least, besides the prep time. I've been running around like crazy-fits in well with middle school kids. Last e-mail from them acts all surprised that I expected them in my room, they told me in front of all these other teachers, who felt so sorry for me. I am going to write up the formal lesson plans and all tonight, but I think it is a hoax and they won't even be there tomorrow. Neither does anyone else, but you have to do it anyway. Why can't they just leave peacefully, and stop yanking chains for the fun of it? :(

Aw that sucks, Chonsi. I feel bad that I'm as disorganized as I am, but I really expect my administrators to be on the ball. It would really make it tough to support the leadership when things like that happen.

Ahhhhhh Chonsi:-4

That is absolutely awful:mad: I know how you feel as it's been done to me before. There have been many times when they pop in for a formal lesson and don't give you a chance to show your stuff. You can't have perfect lessons every minute of the day.

'm happy with our admin right now as they're very respectful of their faculty and hope that lasts a long time. They pop in all the day so they know your daily routines.

Good luck Chonis....that's too bad that you have to go through this:(
