Ya see how I am? I can only take so much of folks crapping on a good thing before I feel the need to show my unwavering support for the concept of this place.
Now that I've paid to say my piece, here it is...

Don't like it - shut the gate as you leave, please.
Need a break - take one - and if you feel the need to be a drama queen on your way out - trust me, we need the break as much as you do.
Want to critique the place on the way out - go start your own site and just make the improvements there, that will really show us...
Hate moderation? So do I. Tough.
Just hate certain moderators? Tough. Go start that stellar site of your own and put the folks you trust in charge of your own mad house.

If I offend you, tough. I'm not trying to offend you, I simply state my personal opinion on a subject. I try to remember to add a 'IMO' so that you understand that I don't expect or need you to share my opinion. I don't know you, you don't know me. We only know the subject we are discussing and sometimes I don't even know that very thouroughly...:-2:wah:
If I hurt you, I am sorry. I like to tease. Unforunately, you can't always see the grin on my face as I type. And I may read you incorrectly as someone with the same sense of humor as myself. Once I realize my mistake, I promise I will never tease you again.
I like sex and discussions of sex. It doesn't embarrass me at all. I do however, respect the fact that this is not a strictly adult posting site and so try and remember to take my more earthy moments to other venues. But I do have my moments.... feel free to clear your throat and change the subject...
I like politics and discussions of politics. It does embarrass me from time to time - what I don't know on a subject. At the same time, what may appear as hounding to you, could well be my version of digging for info I think I may be missing. I do not attempt to set you up. If I disagree, I'll do it without the added bonus of trying to trap you in your wrongness...
And I will leave a discussion that is going no where that I can see. Feel free to think you bested me, I can take it...
I love gardening and cooking. I am the worlds worst cook and overpopulate my gardens, both veggie and flowers... I've come to the conclusion that I choke them with my love of them... but I'm not so good in these conversations. Please know that I do read them all and envy you gardeners and cooks to my dying breath...:-6
I love books. I read several books a week. I reread books just in case I missed some mush or grit or clue.
I don't like folks being picked on. I have been known to enter a topic I am totally uninterested in, simply to defend someone I think is being treated poorly. If you aren't treating that other person in a manner that is respectful, don't expect me to extend you that courtesy, simply because we are friendly most of the time.
