I hate it when I'm in a large, near-empty theater and the next people who come

in decide to sit right in front of me or behind me.

people talking while the movie is going on!:-5

the people behind you kicking your seat!:(

and playing with their cellphone! :-5

and not only talking to each other but talking to the screen, i've seen people yelling at the screen if something happened in the movie they didn't like! :wah:

i often do that when i'm watching sport on tv :wah:

but i'd never do it in a cinema!

i do that to when i'm watching movies on tv, in particular scary movies, when the stupid people have just got to open that door, or go in that dark room without turning on a light! oh it irritates me so much!:-5 :wah::wah:

I don't go to the cinema anymore. I wait for movies to come on Neflix. I feel the same as you. The theater is empty and people will sit in front of me, talk loudly with each other and slup or munch food.

The children and teens are up and down tons of times to get food or whatever. Oh vey, what an unpleasant experience.

yes, yes...dopey people.....they're alone in an empty, big old house and hear noises up in the crawlspace attic. They they take a flashlight and go up to investigate:-5

I just won't go anymore JJ...no matter how much I want to see the movie. I just can't deal with rude, arrogant or noisy people anymore.

They've seen the film already but are back with friend/s, you get the 'ooh this is a good bit'... 'wait for it'...'oh yeah she dies in the end'. commentary.

I hate when a person likes to debate with the movie to the end. "Why did you do that?, You should have done this., What's wrong with her....someone tell me!" My aunt is like this when watching a movie and tv at her house.

Oh and when a huge group of people come in together, they all have to form a circle around you and talk with eachother. When you think no more can possibly come in.....20 more come and the group waves them over.

The last time I went to the movies, we had two people in back of us not only kicking the seat, talking on their cells and then they started making out. Gross. The worst is when somebody brings their baby and the kid starts crying. Go away!:wah:

My daugher and I went to see the last Harry Potter for a second time and this elderly couple came in and proceeded to tell each other bits about the previous films or discuss what was happening on screen, because we'd seen the film once we just laughed to ourselves but if it had been our first viewing we'd have been very annoyed.



Looking forward to see the next Narnia film!

They are lucky they weren't sitting in back of me/or in front because I will turn around and tell them to be quiet. I've done it before and my kids get so embaressed. Well too bad I tell them, paid an arm & leg for tix and food.

In other words this is not a bar.

We used to go to the movies for the big screen and the big sounds. It was an event. Nowadays, I like to watch movies in the comfort of my home.
