my name is Guendy and I'm from Italy. I live in a small village called Basovizza, near the italian/ slovenian border.

I love plants, expecialy cactus and carnivorous.

I enjoy it here. i have a very dear friend who lives in Copparo (northern Italy) how near is that to you? i think it is near Ferria(not sure of spelling) She was born in the states but moved to Italy in the mid 80's to marry. we hope to hear from you often.

Lovely photos, Guendy - and totally unexpected!! I was looking at the countryside and thinking that doesn't look in the least like Sicily. Where did I get the idea you were from the deep south??? Basovizza is up near Trieste, isn't it? There was a very sweet girl in my class at school from Trieste, called Rosalba - she was tall and pale and slavic looking. I lost touch with her, unfortunately. You reminded me.
