Sleeping Cheif Mountain

On US Hyway 60 about 20 miles west of Mountainair N.M. there is a small mountain range that if seen from a distance it looks like a Indian cheif laying there peacefully snoozing

Nah, his head's to the right, feet to the left. He's on his back. You just don't recognize it 'cause his mouth's not wide open & snoring. :p
