Nomad and hoppy...............two of a kind.
So, when you can't sleep, just boot up your computer, get on the net, and come to the Forum Garden. We offer lullabies, back rubs, hot cocoa...........all at no cost to you. We guarantee you a good night sleep, or we will personally send Nomad and hoppy to your home to make you sleep. And see stars too.

I'm on the same pattern right now!
I get to sleep around midnight and wake up at 3;30 am, took me 3 hours to get back to sleep last night, slept 2 hours and woke up and felt like a zombie!:-5:-5
But I have always gone through patterns before, trust me, once your body gets sooooo tired, you will be back to your regular routine again.
If you can't sleep, don't stay in bed, get up and watch t.v., or read, that will make you drowsy again.
staying in bed is the worse, your mind still travels,
I was on here last night at 4 am to!

Took the kids to see Prince Caspian tonight, we all enjoyed it. Good movie.
You poor thing. I sympathise as this is something i have suffered with since i was a child. I have been clinicaly diagnosed as a chronic insomniac and the only thing that gets me to sleep is hard drugs i'm afraid.
Tamazapam, Loroprazam and Amiltryptilene are some of the combination i have every night. One on their own does not work.

Codeine is great as well and as an emergency i buy over the counter at Pharmacy's 'Nytol'. Not as good as prescription drugs but they do help as a tempory measure.
I feel so bad... I kept waking Mr O up a few nights ago telling him he was snoring. At one time he insisted he was awake. Last night i realised it was me waking myself up :yh_rotfl

Robacet with codeine, you don't need a prescription for, just ask your druggest for it, but I buy it as a non-brand name, much cheaper and its works!
Nytol does nothing for me, have been on sooooooo many over the years, even went to a sleeping disorder clinic and what they taught me works, instead of coming here, I should do as they said!:-5:-5:-5

It might be under a different name here but i'll ask for it.
My problem is that i've become tolerant to so many over the years that now the combination of the prescription drugs is all that will work.
My doc freaks out at what i take but there's no alternative than exhaustion if i don't.

ME TO, I AM NOW TOLERANT!
its not under a different name, here it goes by a cheaper company.
just ask your druggest for the 'back muscle relaxer with codeine,' we have a drug store here that has their own brand names.
just ask him for Robaxcet, when he shows you, ask him for their own brand name of it.
