I mentioned to some one this evening that I had taken four showers today and they asked if I had some kind of cleanliness fetish. But here's the deal. I got up this morning at 6:30 AM and took a shower then went to play Pickleball from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. I was hot and sweaty as the temp was in the 80's, went home and showered. Then I went swimming from 1 PM to 2:30 PM and showered again to get the chlorine off. Then I played Table Tennis from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, got hot and sweaty and showered again.

From 6:30 PM to 8 PM I played Bocce Ball, the temp was in the 90's, got hot and sweaty again so I took the fourth and last shower. What's the big deal?

Sound resonable to be Lon. I would be worried if you didn't shower after all those activities.

I myself like to feel clean and refreshed often during the long hot summer days.

On a footnote: you wouldnt think ping pong would be so much exertion but it really is.

I live in the desert and don't even get as much exercise as you do yet I still take frequent showers a day. What's wrong with being clean and fresh all the time?

Miniature tennis.

And the ping pong is really minature tennis.

I see a pattern developing.

I don't see a problem at all, I'm the same way too!...I dated a guy that thought I was really weird for taking a shower before and after sexual activities....I still talk to him after about 4 years and he still teases me about showering too much....I don't think there is such a thing....well I guess if you do it every 20 minutes for no reason, but after activities that your body sweats or gets dirty, a shower is a MUST!

Lots of ball action requires frequent bathing.....New Balls Please:-4

What about during, he wouldn't tease you then, and you'd kill two birds with one stone! :wah:

good point!! He was REALLY tall and it was kinda akward to do it in the shower, hence the before and after showers....but I do believe in conserving water!!:)

I frequently take two a day. One in the morning and one before bed. :-6
