Yes to the cardi...I've already bought one in preparation (and worn it ). And trousies to match.
Boots. And no.
Don't know.
And a couple of other tips that I've already been practising (according to my kids)
1. Learn how to rev your engine loudly and for several minutes, whilst stationery, and before kangaroo hopping out of your parking space at Asda. And don't forget to hit the barrier at the same time. When the latter happens, look surprised (which you will be anyway) and just keep going...this ensures that the scraped paint, dents etc on the side of your car are clearly visible to all.
2. Always have your television set on high volume (you'll have to because you won't be able to hear it if you don't). When your kids call around and shout, "Mum, your television is far too loud!" respond with, "Yes, I know, I thought one of you had sat on the remote!" Then turn it down...it won't matter since you can no longer hold a conversation and listen to Corrie at the same time anymore.

i guess it's lucky for my tree that i don't have cats! :wah::wah:
but i decorate so much that i have to get an early start!
and i find that if the tree's already up, when you do your christmas shopping you can wrap the gifts and put them under the tree as you buy them instead of having to put them somewhere and clutter up another room!
