Sitting here being a casino player, and gunshots shoot out over the backyard! Cops are back there at that house now!

For once my husband and cat are being obedient, and staying away from the window....... (won't last long!)

Took less than five minutes for them to get here, not like that other thread I was reading about............

Yes, it is RL. Just sitting here losing moola, and ka-boom! The cops came fast, there is an elementary school on the other side of my house.

Another cop car, I'm packing my husband up to run an errand with me in a bit, I told him there was a stop at the diner afterwards. I don't want to leave him home alone, he is in 4 year old mode now and afraid. Kitty will be out of the back rooms too, because paramedics are coming in now.

Good idea to get out of the house Chons. Take care and take care of your hubby.

Please stay in the house until this is over! Let us know that you're okay when you can :-3

If the paramedics have been allowed into the home the situation is secure and under control.

There's nothing more to see here folks... c'mon move along now... :p

It's always best to keep low in those situations... and to grab a few guns and boxes of ammo just in case.

Returned to a quiet neighborhood, hubby had dinner out, after he stopped fussing. :wah: I will read the Gazette on Saturday where they list the weeks "events" and let you know what it was about. But he's going with me tonight to TKD, to keep him occupied.

OMG!! I made my husband move us!! Now we live so far out. So far so good. but the neighborhood is growing. who knows how long it will be safe??:mad:

I tried local news in Nirvana but didnt see anything on it.

Any update on what the heck was going on? Are you and hubby okay?

keep us posted. the world is such a dangerous place these days. but you can't hide under the bed. sometimes after watching the news, i feel like it.

The Saturday paper will have it in the Crime Scene section, I'll let you know what it was. Quiet as a mouse here tonight, which is nice.
