How far can you jog, Jimbo?

Just be patient and continue doing what you have been doing and dont lose faith. Its common to come to a halt and you have done so good, it will start coming off agin :-6 Dont forget to drink plenty of water and continur your exercising:)

That's kyboshed my plan then, I thought jogging between a few village pubs and having a refresher at each would work. I could have cycled along to keep you company.
