A TWISTED oddball with an insatiable animal fetish was arrested after allegedly having sex with 400 cows.

The 53-year-old cleaner told police he did not fancy women and only cows and horses got him randy.

Getulino Ferreira Paraizo said he chose the more tranquil animals before engaging in sex acts with them.

But police say it is even more bizarre.

They accuse him of torturing the animals, sometimes ripping out their eyes before having sex with them and then killing them.

Among the clues he left behind at every scene were empty packages of the same cookies.

Police found another packet on him when they arrested him.



'Ritual theory'

Paraizo, of Aragoiania, in central Brazil, told reporters he can’t have sex with women since sexual abuse as a teenager.

“I tried once but couldn’t do it. I only feel like it if it’s a cow or a horse.

He added: “I need to stop doing this rubbish. I want treatment.

Police chief Alvaro Cassio dos Santos said: “We estimate he killed around four hundred cows in the last four years.

“At first we thought it was part of some black magic ritual as neither the meat nor the skin were taken away.

Paraizo could get up to five years in jail for material damages against local farmers.

This is so NOT funny.

Stricter controls on imports of Brazilian beef are expected to be announced next week, in response to increasing political pressure and a less-than-satisfactory inspection visit by EU officials in November.

According to Brussels sources, EU food safety commissioner Markos Kyprianou has now accepted that the status quo cannot continue and next Tuesday (18 December) EU vets will consider a proposal to tighten restrictions.

This will limit the number of farms and companies eligible to export beef from Brazil.

The Irish Farmers' Association says the response is a vindication of its findings on the failures of Brazil's control systems in relation to foot-and-mouth, animal movements and traceability. "Foot-and-mouth is Endemic in Brazil," said livestock chairman John Bryan, adding that only a total ban would fully safeguard the European herd.

The IFA visited Brazil in 2006 and May of this year to get first-hand experience of the conditions surrounding Brazilian beef production and exporting.

Conservative MEP Neil Parish, who has been leading a campaign in Brussels to secure an export ban, welcomed the fact that the EU Commission was at last taking action. But he was still concerned that it did not go far enough and would not address the real problem, that of poor traceability in Brazil.

"If we are to import products into the EU, the least we should expect is party over the basic standards of traceability and quality assurance."

I think you will find that the U.S export most beef including exporting to Brazil.

To be serious now Pants, I do agree with you.

Growing up around farms I did once see a cow give birth. If the size of the birth canal was any thing to go by as she passed out her calf, I doubt that there is not a man alive who has a w---y big enough to cause the cows serious harm. (I hope).

I know men do like to brag about their manhoods but I have also seen a vet lose his arm up the rear of a cow whilst examining her. His W---y would have only felt like a small prick to a cow. Which is probably what the pervert is.

However, he is a pervert & needs locking up. What is he likely to move on to? Unless it is a true bovine fetish. No doubt there is some bonkers physcologist out there who will make excuses for him.

No-one in their right mind condones animal cruelty, it was the perv we were jesting over, not the cows.
