I agree with you.
While I'm sure to the people involved, tattoo removal and IVF are just as important, in my opinion they're not as they are not matters of life or death. Our health care system does the same thing to us over here. Not sure if it's still accurate but at one point, Viagra was covered but contraceptives were not. How about that?
Anyway I side with you and with your friend on this one.
