Well, I am going to my TKD belt test tonight, and get to break my first board.

Any hints at what I should think of, to give my little old foot the exta umph to send it through the roof?

Good luck on breaking your first board! I still remember the very first time I broke a board. Just remember to use proper technique and form and DON'T pull back once you've initiated the kick! Good luck tonight.
