How many lurkers do you think this forum has?

Maybe there are people who have been here for years who feel they know us regular posters well. Maybe they follow our life's ups & downs & log on every morning just to see how we are doing.

Maybe they are waiting for that one post where they can help or just join / jump in.

Maybe they are poking fun at us? :-3

I took a feed from a Usegroup once to learn about a subject (narrowboats). I read it religiously every day but didn't contribute because they knew and I was just learning.

By the time I got round to posting I felt I knew them all personally but I was a total stranger to them.

Far different to my start here :wah:

I much prefer the idea that lurkers are gleaning wisdom from my insightful posts, and feel that no further contribution on their part is necessary.

I suspect they mock us.

Also they probably loathe and envy us for................well Im not sure for what but Id bet spocks false teeth that they do.

Who else feels as if we're in a zoo? :p
