What is this about? Has Something happened to our LC?

She hasn't been feeling well so she hasn't been posting much.

Feel better soon! I spent most of my week tending to three sick kids - all home from school with fevers and other unpleasantries. So there is definitely somethingn going around!

I'd suggest a trip to England. Love is the best healing agent.

I also STRONGLY SUGGEST you call your DOCTOR, get someone to take you to the ER, or Urgent Care.... With your compromised health any kind of UPPER RESPIRATORY condition is MAJOR. Coughing isn't even good for your heart at this time. I can't emphasis the urgency in your getting medical help, and notifying your PHISYCIAN.

This has gone on for three days now.. RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS ARE VERY DANGEROUS FOR PEOPLE WITH HEART CONDITIONS...

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO TAKE YOU TO THE ER.. !! :-4

Hi LadyCop, I just got on here and saw that you are not feeling well. Take care of yourself, both myself & wife had an upper resperatory "Virus", foolishly we waited for well over a week before we both decided to go to the Doctor. Even after getting some heavy meds, we were still very sick -fever, coughing & nose blowing for another "3" weeks. So if you have anything like that it will linger for some time. Hope you get better soon! Here's some :-6

Celtwmn, Cars, Paula (i LOVE your new avatar!), 911...i want to thank you as well for kind thoughts:) i do appreciate it. since NURSE RATCHET Carla has made it sound like i am at death's door (Bless her, she cares very much! xoxoxoxo) ...here is the story: up until 7 months ago i never was sick a day in my life. strong and healthy, had to be in shape to do my job! then the hurricanes started beating the hell out of us, one after another. we were activated, which meant we worked 24/7 for 3-4 days at a time, not allowed to go home, required to "sleep" in nasty cells in the county jail with steel block door and inmate noises around the clock, it was really STRESSFUL. so i ended up in the hospital with pneumonia after hurricane number 3. well, that must have taken a lot out of me because two months later i had a full blown heart attack and needed surgery. now i've had bronchitis/pneumonia again for 5 days and frankly refusing to go back to the hospital, i just can't deal with it again! (hence nurse ratchet on my case) i do know it's serious, and will see a doctor monday.( i'm being nagged from across the Atlantic as well.) sorry to bore anyone, i do want to say thanks, and i suppose it's better to be open about the situation. the bottom line for me is that 4 hurricanes and STRESS have really taken a toll, i am not the only deputy that collapsed. but i'll be back! :-6

Let me assure Nurse Ratchet and the other well wishers that the nagging will be constant unless LC gets to the docs!!

People you have no idea how stubborn this woman is. She has assured me she will be going to the docs today. It's just a bloody shame I am 4,000 miles away although by now I probably would have deen handcuffed and gagged for nagging!

A quick update wether she likes it or not!

I have just spoken to LC and she promises me without fail she is going to the docs today, I have told her on behalf of her concerend friends here that I would publish this fact to embarrass her into going!!

You know my granny always threatened my father if he didn't take his pills she could go back to the dr. and get them in sopository form soooooooooooooo girl might I suggest you get your pneumonia cleared up smart like hehehehe

Make sure you take all those antibiotics with food, LC....that stuff will give you a massive stomach ache!

And of course, SLEEP! That's always the best medicine. Pneumonia just killed the three year old son of my teacher's aide's friend. It's nothing to laugh at. Take care of yourself, you are the most charismatic personality on this board!

Oh and LC on top of what Jives said, go out and prebuy a yeast infection kit cause if your on heavy duty does of antibiotics your highly susceptible to a yeast infection or eat loads of plain yogart.
