Um... for brekkie - on top of a spoonful of rolled oats..

1 strawberry, a bit of orange, a bit of papaya, a few green grapes, a few red grapes, a couple of slices of banana, a few blueberries YUMMY

Small glass grapefruit juice

For lunch

Half a Royal Gala apple

with salad roll (containing black tomato) and water... YUMMISSIMO

Dinner will not involve fruit.

I LOVE fruit!!! It's a bit in between time here at the moment. Mangoes are just starting. Grapes are good. No stone fruit yet. The oranges are great. Figs are starting but still way too expensive. Custard apples have just vanished. The imported cherries have also disappeared - and the Aussie ones should start in a month or two. Blueberries and strawberries are fabulous. No other berries at the moment.

Only tried a mango once and hated it...........fruit here has been so expensive all summer, even home grown fruit!

Even navel oranges that come from Florida, which are plentiful were over 4.00 for 4 all summer! Got 7 for 2.29 on the weekend..................won't see that price again!

berries have come and gone, fresh Ontario strawberrys and peaches were do die for..................much sweeter than the imports.

I rarely eat fruit!

This morning I had a Dole Fruit Cup with my toast. Later I will have a Gala Apple that I brought to work with me.

A glass of OJ with brekkie. Around 10am.

I had Sultanas, Raisins, Currants and Cherries....Oh yeah, they were all mixed up in a humungous wedge of cake..Sorry! :wah:

Got a birthday party here this evening, and I managed to get a box of pricey but gorgeous-looking raspberries for dessert!!!!!

although when you think about it ....................beef in meat pies come from grass eating animals so that's vegetables......and the wheat that makes the pastry is a grain ...............and beer comes from Hops, again a vege/green.........so technically i've been healthy today
