This was my answer, when my husband asked me to marry him. :yh_love
In a moonlit sheltered glade standing alone,
Raven gazes into sparkling glass.
An orb of fortelling sits upon alabaster stone.
"Evil rumors have we" said the east wind as it did pass.
"What trickery is this?" Raven cried with alarm.
"Thy beloved knight we have, and stole his power."
"Nay!" cried raven, "Why do us this harm?"
"To test thy will, so we locked him in a tower."
"My beloved, to me!" cried Raven to the shining sphere.
A light blazed forth from the orb with blinding brilliance.
Her knight, captured and alone did appear.
Enraged at the sight, "Odin give me vengeance!"
Bewildered, her knight wondered at the theft of his power.
Wounded and in pain, frustrated at his plight,
torn from his beloved and locked in a tower.
Fey spirits haunted the heart of Ravens knight.
"Beloved to me!" her knight shouted with despair.
A sympathetic west wind delivered his cry,
to the heart of Raven and planted it there.
With thunder in her wings, she took to the sky.
The fell east wind saw she wouldnt cower,
or be crushed under by the fiery test.
Nothing would keep her from her knight, locked in a tower.
For the answer to her knights simple request was yes.
A blood oath ring from a knight to his lady cannot be undone.
So with the fierceness and might of a valkyrie alone,
Raven took flight, riding the west wind non-stop to london.
Leaving behind a single black feather on the alabaster stone.
