You've probably got a vertabrae misaligned. If you have a chiropractor go there otherwise try to find the spot and do accupressure on it (check the base of your skull for a muscle knot) rub down and away from your head and try to breathe out while you press. Good luck.

You could be dehidrated also and need a good dose of H2O

Funny I am going into day 3 of the same but for me it is the gigantic shift in Barametric pressure here in Cowtown that plagues many of us.

We get major weather changes that come from the west and north bringing with them drastic jumps in the airs barametric pressure. Very common in these parts for folks to suffer weather change headaches.

PS try a dark room alone with quiet and some soothing tea. Also you can try a cool compress on your eyes, or neck area, or even the part where it hurts on your head. Also could be sinus or teeth aching so lovey you have a few things to consider.

Hope you feel better abbey. All suggestions above are good in my book.

My suggestion is to second what Minks said:

1. Get plenty of water in you. Not coffee, tea, or soda. Just water.

2. Get more sleep.

If no improvement, follow Koan's advice.

Abbey, so sorry to hear you have HEADaches? Ouch. Thats one thing i don't get too many of. I stopped the Chiropractor after 30 Triple Crunches, they were causing vascular headaches.

We are going for muscle testing for candida. (yeast). Candida is known to cause many aches and pains within the body. Accumulation of yeast from sugars, bread & additives. I will tell you what our results are and what she prescribes.

March 17, Thursday we go...

Take Care...i'll let you know.

Ah yes and antibiotics, heavy dosage of anitbiotics can really throw the bodys natural and necessary bactarias for a loop. We women require a certain amount of yeast but antibiotics can produce too much.

That is what I was explaining to LC and her taking the anti b"s for pneumonia.

Abby you likely have eye strain hun. Too much time at the computer can cause eye strain, or muscle strain from the bad posture, or you can get shearing which is caused from repetative use of a mouse and the muscles right on top of your shoulder begin to literally shread. Yes sounds nasty but it happens and with shearing this leads to neck and head pain. Shearing can only be healed by stopping use of the computer mouse or switching it to your other hand. So Abbey make sure you don't become a breathing stump in front of your computer this is bad for your body hehehehe :D

Minks, Your response to Abbey is my situation. I have postural problems from using the computer all the time. Upper neck and back tension. I stopped the Chiro-doctor and went to an Orthopedic-doctor. I am 48, have excellent health insurance & have never had health issues. I now need an MRI as the X-Rays by the Ortho-doctor see's a Cervical Rib? an additional bone that irritates nerves?

So, as i try to fix my body, you other forum pals are experiencing the same ailments from these computers (maybe?).

I wish i could paste the yeast free diet here, as the diet is in conjunction with Flower Remedies (controls) emotions. Emotions need repair. More to come on Health.

Have a lovely day...Bulbs are coming out of the ground...
