I buy lots of bubble wrap at the CVS and cut it into smaller pieces. When I'm really, really sad and stressed out, I'll pop the bubbles and even bring it to bed with me to keep popping. It stops my sobs and helps me to sleep.



My kidlets in school were so stressed out last year while studying for the State test. Soooooo, I bought them bubble gum and bubble wrap. We chewed gum, blew bubbles and popped wraps. Of course they did well in the test. They were so cute. They put the popped wrap in their desk and would not throw it out.



My dear sil, my best friend in the world, found out that she was going blind. She was so distraught and couldn't stop crying and shaking. I didn't know what to do to calm her down. So, I pulled out the bubble gum and bubble wrap. We watched a funny movie and popped gum and wrap all night. It worked......she relaxed.
