Two weeks ago, i anticipated posting a thread called "Builder's from Hell" based on other storie's i had heard in Britain.

As my builders packed up the last of their kit friday, i am dissapointed to report that they were:

Clean and tidy

Civil and polite

Worked quickly and professionaly

Were punctual

Were considerate to my pets

Respected my property and belongings

Did not ask for tea all day

Did not expose hairy arss bum-cracks

And i had no complaints about the quality of work.

Damn, i so wanted a good moan :-5:-5

There must be some-one who had a bad experience, surely???

We were amazed. We thought there was bound to be some-thing we were not happy with but i can't say there is.

One did accidently shut one oof the cats in a cupboard briefly but he was mortified.

Mr Oscar sent a very nice e mail to the company praising the guys we had which was nice,

Some-body must have had a bad experience?? We even get a t.v. programme here called "Builders from Hell".

My brother is going through all sorts of problems with his at the moment.

It is good to hear they were great builders, you must be happy with everything looking new.

Never had builders in, but work forces that turned the place upside down, and it came out looking so nice afterwards. I never worry about it, it always is an improvement.

Wait a month or two......when their workmanship has been proven.

You might be calling them to come fix this or that, and they have just disappeared.

Hope that cheers you up a bit.

My husband did include in his praising e mail to the company that the two Rastarfarian electricians with their beat box of reagea reagea music, where highly entertaining.

I've never had two big black men dancing in my kitchen before. :wah:

We thought they would balls something up but no, we've been all round the house and there's nothing. They did break our toilet seat, i think it was that big rasterfarian, but they gave us the money for it.

We're really pleased.

Like i said, i so wanted to complain. Damn :-5

Ahh, getting comfy in the beddie bye. This means you can go down into the kitchen and dance away. I do the crazy dancing with Q, especially Halloween Friday coming up, always good tunes.
