Is it just me that is noticing a huge amount of inefficiency in so many things that at one time seemed to work pretty well. Everything from dealing with the
Power Company, Telephone Company, Cable or Sky Services, Medical offices.
Here we have all this computerization which should make every thing run smooth and efficient, but the human element seems pretty screwed up. The computer segment seems to be OK, but the contact with human beings and their people skills and job knowledge are sorely lacking. What happened?

How about just those with excessive ear wax and dirty fingernails? Maybe a few with ingrown toenails.

It's not just you. I have noticed that everything seems to be run mickey mouse these days. I think people just don't get paid enough anymore and they have no job security so they don't take pride in their work. They can't. They get nothing so they have nothing to give. They won't be at any particular job long enough to become "part of the company". Work ethics are directly related to company ethics.
