I see in campaign ads the phrase " the failed economic policies of the Bush administration."

Will someone please tell me what those economic policies are?

And, will someone tell me that with a Democrat controlled Congress for the last two years, how did a Republican President get to implement those failed policies whatever they may be?

Trickle down economics and deregulation. Favoring large business to small. Wealthy to middle class interests.
