Okay guys, I have been here what ... five days maybe?

I today took a rain check and looked around Forum Garden's Members List. I found that there are people here from several countries ... duh!

I know i have come on kinda strong since I joined what with my patriotic posts about the USA and the Marines. I make no apology for this but I realise that I may have upset some people who don't look upon the USA as favorably as I do.

Put it down to the brashness of us citizens of America ... you know we have all this stuff about 4th of July and Thanksgiving and stuff like that and of course the Twin Towers.

But I have managed to make a few friends here like Fuzzy Butt who at first was very ... like to me anyway ... hostile? but i later found out that she is a pussycat like me and was just being playful and was actually purring!

And Odie ... well she's biased cos she's also from the USA but she gave me a oh so grand welcome to FG when I really thought that I had blown it!

I sent a friends request to Hope ... not Hope6 ... a real Southern Belle ... and she accepted which means i now have three friends! Is that cool or what?

I confronted a guy called Spot whom I have only just found out is like the Enforcer here! Wow am I dumb!

And I still don't understand a word Nomad says!

So I hope that I will be accepted here because I think this is a very cool place to be!

Don't worry about understanding Nomad, it's when you begin to understand him that you should start worrying. Having said that, If you take Nomads posts, throw them in a washing machine then hang them out to dry on the clothesline you will find just a tinge of intelligence, compassion and when looking really really close you just might laugh a little.

Yeah you definitely have an edge over us when it comes that!

BTW I have a friend here with me now who follows English soccer and he says to tell you that Aston Villa will be relegated at the end of this season. He says there is only one team in England worth a prayer and thats Chelsea. Hope that means something to you cos it means very little to me!
