If you were told you could no long use your first name and had to supply two names from which they would then decide which you would then be called, what two names would you pick?

If someone were to tell me I couldn't use my first name anymore, I'd say, "Them's fighting words!" and we'd have to fight tooth and nail. It could get ugly.
Actually, I do like my first name. It is a gift I cherish from my parents.

I like my first name too, but this thread is a fun idea!
I have always thought the name Elizabeth is a beautiful name and I like the name Rebecca....but I would ask to go by Reba if shortened, and wouldn't want Elizabeth to be shortened if possible....do I ask for too much?:yh_rotfl

The first one is my niece, the second my daughter! I think I'll stick with my first name, I've nearly got used to it....:wah:

Well i've been told i look like a Kathy!
and my name was gonna be Gail but my mamma's sister stole it when she named her daughter. :sneaky:
but i like being Rhonda i don't think i'd want another name.

I changed my name unofficially to "CARLA" many many years ago. I hate my real first name. A friend started calling me Carla in high school it stuck. :yh_rotfl

People always had trouble pronouncing my name. I still like it though.
