It's a long time since I went to the pantomime at the Hippodrome but I think I might be tempted this year. It's Cinderella. The main attraction is that Mickey Rooney's starring and I've admired his work on film for as long as I can remember. And I've never managed to see Cinderella before.

There's no Judy Garland in this production but I bet the spirit of Busby Berkeley will be there on stage when he starts to dance.

Chez, it sounds terrifying!
"There’s one thing certain about this fast, funny, colourful, loud and phenomenally enjoyable rock panto - if you sit in row C you will get wet."
There's a review in The Stage this week, they loved it.
"This is as fine an example of the theatre of sheer joy as you’ll find anywhere this Christmas."

I've never realized it before but where I sit depends on who I take. The fouler daughter and I always sit high and to the left in all the Bristol theatres which probably means the £15 tickets. The stalls are £30, that's where I'd be sitting centred if I took the other of them. With the boys I get tickets to the left as close to the stage as we can manage. What odd habits we fall into, those patterns started when they were small.

Id of sat anywhere but hubby got me to display the seating plan on the laptop and he decided that row E was best, to the left not in the middle and not the end..Jeeez:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl

It's good to see you posting again.
Stop going to that wretched hospital - it's like watching a moth and a candle.
