I spent 2 hours shopping this morning, went to pay with instacard......it said account was frozen!:-5:-5
came home and called, someone had withdrawn $500.00 out Saturday so they froze my account.:-5:-5:-5:mad::mad:
It will now take 7 - 10 days for security fraud to investigate and phone me back!:-5:-5:-5
and who knows if they will deposit the money back into my account!:-5:-5:-5
and I am so careful to not let anyone see my pin number!:-5:-5:sneaky::mad::mad:

Nightmare!! Hope they find out what happened and keeping everything crossed that you get your money back!

Did you have to put all your purchases back?
It's horrible when cards are refused, you feel like a criminal standing there with the cashier saying 'Sorry, we can't accept this card'

Your account is protected against fraud they have to reinstate your original amount. They may issue you a new card for safety, but that is a good thing. :-5

I just left it at the cash register....after trying my card 4 times, I was in shock!

They did issue me a new card, but this morning the bag on the phone said she had noooooo idea if they would refund it.
..called back tonight and they refund all credit card monies....thank god......stupid bag....it drove us mental all day!:-5

Thank God it was taken care of correctly. The bag on the phone should be reported she should know these details as that is her job. :-5
