I don't understand exactly why I'm here. I was playing with google in nothing but my socks drinking chocolate milk, as usual. I was looking at forums about gardens for no real reason, and this happened to be among the first results. It was a general discussion forum, with a sizable amount of members, so I felt I would join. So yeah, I'm Shane. I'm 20 years old. I live in the paradise of New Jersey. I can basically be summed up as a random, like-it-is teller (could be interpreted as someone frank and mean, but whatever) who thinks too much about nothing very important. I'm quite the post whore. To be honest I'm not in school and I don't have my own place. But I have aspirations and things I'd like to do, it's just I have work ethic problems and a comfortable life at home. I'm trying to get things together.

Interesting intro. I was looking for forums when I came across this place back in 2005 and this was probably the first forum I came across where people chatted and only insulted each other when things got heated in a legitimate argument. So many forums then seemed to be based on insults.

20 years old, not in school, no real responsibilities to held to.... ahhhh to be that age again.

Dude, throw on a backpack, buy a Greyhound ticket and go see America (for starters). Pick up odd jobs along the way to fund it. Meet people, girls and make memories that will last your life.

When you finally get to California, decide if you want to go further west to see the rest of the world.

You are young and now is the time to just go do it. Don’t miss the opportunity, you could get at least 5 years of living life to its fullest before you need to consider what you want to do, and then still have enough time to get into it.
