I saw it yesterday morning on the way to work and in the evening on the way home. Amazing, I thought then it was bigger than I've ever seen it before. It was lower in the sky in the morning than in the evening. Plus, I've never seen the moon at those two times in one day before.

Sadly, it doesn't look as if I will see it tonight either. Can your telescope see through clouds Jimbo?

My problem is, i'm a little too close to Brackeneel and won't see it due to a large shiney head getting in the way and eclipsing the moon. :p:-3

We don't have 'trash' in this house Jimbo, only recyclable sustainable by-products.

You know, you could turn the telescope around and light up your room with it (once you've got the image focussed).:wah:

i cant believe my good luck , last week we got the telescope i spent a week learning how all the lenses work ,and how to focus it all

then the very next week this happens yaaay :-6:-6:-6

of course with my jimbo luck the only thing your likely to see tonight looking up into the night sky in england is.... raindrops :-5:-5

yup its really cloudy and raining :rolleyes:

the rest of the world i hope you get better weather and really enjoy it :):):)

" I can't believe my good luck."

So, it is true, Jimbo. Whilst figuring out how to use your telescope, you were rubbing your head. And then............you got good luck. Thanks for verifying that fact with us. :)

It is nice and sunny today, but last night was wet and raining. Didn't get to see it.
