Are you're skin cancers really melanomas or basal cell cancers? The melanomas are quite serious and the basal cell (which I get) are easily removed.

My nanna god rest her soul had skin cancer and used to have the warts burnt off, well they freeze them really lol, she lost a finger to it and that caused her alzheimer's to progress rapidly, apparently shocks can do that.
